Day One is your personalized tour into the SVC MINDBODY Performance Program. We'll explore the three components that create your success. Coach and client relationship, Mindset, and Performance.

Coach

Upon your arrival you'll be greeted by your Day One Coach and be given a tour of the facility.

Upon your arrival you'll be greeted by your Day One Coach and be given a tour of the facility.  Walking through the door can be very intimidating for most people.  Rest assured you'll be welcomed with a warm smile and an inviting atomosphere. 

 

Performance Assessment

You'll finish with a performance assessment to determine where your current fitness levels are so we can create your program.

Most people are nervous about joining a training program like ours.  We like to ease those nerves by exposing you to what our coaching experience is like on the training floor. Here we'll explore some strengths you already have in this area and determine what your performance coaching program will look like based on your current fitness levels and skill sets. This is the safest and most effective approach to training.

Based on your Performance Assessment you and your coach will determine which of our three fitness journeys are the best fit for you. Each package includes a set number of Private Coaching sessions and two weeks of Group Class.

Who's it for?

Our experience is designed to leave you feeling alive and inspired. However, we know that getting started with fitness can cause some anxiety.  That's why we created DAY ONE - the proper introduction to our blend of MIND|BODY fitness, to ensure that your DAY ONE is the first of many.
